Divisions

Construction Division

This division functions under the Deputy General Manager (Construction). All the construction sites operate under DGM(C) with the assistance of Chief Engineers (Construction), who manage the work sites from the area offices. All activities connected with work sites are coordinated by this division.

The Construction Management Unit, which prepares monthly progress claims, other extra claims and other financial reports related to construction works attached to construction division and managed by Chief Engineer (Contracts Management).

Mechanical Division

The Mechanical Division functions under the Deputy General Manager (Mechanical). All machinery and equipment owned by the corporation are managed by this Division. Repair and Maintenance Workshops and Transport Division are operating under the Mechanical Division. The central workshop is located at Ratmalana capable of handling all repair and maintenance works and functions under this division.

Designs Planning & Production Division

This Division is managed by Deputy General Manager (Designs Planning & Production). Design Office and the Estimates Section responsible for the submission of tenders, function under this division.

Three Concrete Yards owned by the corporation also managed by DGM(DP&P) with the assistant of Chief Engineer (Concrete Yards).
